I'm a retired Coast Guard Chief and Navy veteran with a 21-year career spanning aviation, electrical systems, quality assurance, and operations aboard nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.
I flew search and rescue and later served as Chief Quality Assurance Inspector for a fleet of helicopters — work where a missed defect didn't cost money, it cost lives. That standard doesn't leave you.
I've also lived it on the homeowner side: bought old houses and new ones, renovated spaces, finished basements, handled electrical work, and spent years learning how complex systems succeed — and fail.
